Joyce Nizzari is named Playmate of the Year in Dear Playboy in the April 1959 issue and appears in pictorials in the July 1963 and October 1965 issues.
In a strange coincidence Joyce Nizzari and Joan Staley the playmate who precedes her were born on the same day, 20th May 1940. It'd be great to know at what time to see who was first.
